To find people: you look under the login thingy, there is the search thing, but you have to select the "Site and Account" then type in the person's user name.
I just added Melissa, but she hasn't added me back yet. In DW, you have to both "subscribe" and "give access" to if you want mutual friends.
I found them on your profile. What's the etiquette on that? I see several of my LJ friends on there. Can I Give Access/Subscribe to them so I'll know if they show up, or is that presumptuous?
If they don't have a DW account, they will show up as ....livejournal on your profile page. The people who have DW account, you would have to Friend them=Subscribe, to read their postings. Give Access=Let them read your posts.
