Well, the main demon story is off in search of a home, so that should unclutter things for awhile.

I've never successfully written a drabble. I barely get down to flash size most of the time.

I can't imagine trying to cram one of my aliens into that small a space - they would look like my clothing, bulgy all over...::grins::

Sounds like my clothing, too. ;)

I guess I'm just more into Fantasy, so that's where my bigger ideas go. Although, come to think of it, my one pro sale so far was a long story about aliens. It just wasn't very "hard SF-ish."

Well, I don't know enough real science to do real hard SF - I do the handwavium kind of SF with only the occasional careful foray into the real deal.

I did the real deal for a short short I submitted to PARSEC but it was a bit agonizing to make sure I didn't put a single word wrong or in a way that COULD be misconstrued.

I think my SF so far has all been handwavium-I'm one of the few people in my family who ISN'T an engineer, so I just strive for plausibilty in my fictional science.

I agree - plausibility is a good thing...a good goal too!

And about as close to Real Science as I usually get.
