I don't see why there'd be a problem with it. I'd leave it up. Self-promotion is what it's all about I guess. That's why I've got the review contest running right now.

I've never done the slush-submission thing. Mainly because I so rarely write short stories. But if people can comment on it while it's subbed, then advertising it in LJ is a good thing. *grin*

Well, I'd been subbing the "regular" way, because that's what I'm used to, but a member of my writers' group just sold a story that way, so I decided to try it.
