Kara_Gnome tagged me!

I'm supposed to post a thing that's made me happy every day for the next 8 days, but I won't be home for some of those, so here's some Condensed Happiness (very warming on a snowy day)

1. My husband's out snowblowing the driveway. Then he plans to come on and bake cookies, and/or we're going to curl up on the couch with snacks and watch Christmas specials.

2. It was going to cost $400 to have the wreckage of last week's ice storm cleaned up, but my sister-in-law's fiance said he'd come up and do it. We're not sure if he'll let us give him more than gas money...

3. Jschwabach sent us a beautiful UFO ornament.

4. I was really discouraged about my "demon book," and people have been providing all kinds of help and encouragement. One person (outside of Carpe Libris) even offered to critique the whole thing.

5. My sister will be making our Grandma's roll recipe for Christmas dinner.

6. We have a radio station that plays all Christmas music.

7. We've gotten Christmas cards almost every day this week.

8. I got tagged for this, which means that I have friends. ;)

Consider yourselves all tagged! ;D

#1 hasn't panned out yet, so here's a substitute: "Tech Support" found what he thought was a dead mourning dove under the feeder. When he approached it blundered into the garage. He fed it some seed, and once it ate and warmed up a bit it flew out of the garage and perched on the neighbor's roof.

Oh, I'm glad!
