POV ponderings

I have a collenction of stories that I suspect might work better as a novella, or whatever label goes with the length it turns out to be. Integrating them could be fun. The big obstacle, though, is POV. I could alternate POV, with nice clear indicators of whose head we're in, but the segments would be vastly different lengths, with some characters having brief moments in the sun, and then long stretches in the same POV.
(Kind of like this: Ju, J, N, Na, M, M, M, M, M, J, Na, M.)

Would that be too jarring/disorienting/frustrating for readers?
